Who would you be?
You've built your first scene. To add more flair to it, you will do it again and today, you will add movement.
What
You will use the scene you've built before and you will add movement to it. Maybe a dance or walk that is typical for your character.
How
Yesterday you started off and you've got most of the work done. Today you think about the movements and gestures your character normally makes. You implement this into the scene. Maybe a dance (should your character be doing the routine). Here are some questions to help you get on your way:
1. What do their hands do? 2. Do they have something they normally say and a move they make? 3. What are his/her facial expressions like? 4. Do they have a walk? |
Timetable
You will have the afternoon to build a movement into the scene and film the act (part 2). You will upload the file before 20:00 to the address you've been given in the instruction.
Targets
The scene will contain the following elements:
1. Walking 2. Using facial expressions as well as body languages (or maybe signs) 3. Your antagonist will also use appropriate movement and body language. 4. Possibly a dance |
Result
Your result is a take 2 on a short film (2 minutes maximum) with you as your friends protagonist, dialoging or monologging and moving.
We will view al the scenes you've sent to us and discuss these using the reflection form. If you like you can fill it out beforehand. You will also get time to do so on the second day of the seminar.
